A packed field of almost 400 bowlers from 18 states and Canada took part in the 2004 Storm Las Vegas Main Event, presented by the Junior Bowlers Tour Southwest.  $30,005 in scholarships was awarded to the field.  After three exhausting days of intense competition, P.J.    We'd like to again thank all the bowlers and parents who attended our tournament- with a first-year event, you never know what you're going to get, so we hope you were impressed with how JBT SW does things.  Without you, there is no tournament, so we hope you'll help us spread the word to make the 2005 Main Event even bigger and better!

A tournament of that size is not possible without a great staff, so I'd like to publicly thank tournament co-directors Mark Feiner and Brian Brown for a tireless job.  Just as much thanks goes to our whole crew of assistants who volunteered their time to make things run smoothly: Robin Sandler, Mike Sandler, Robi Mandell, Mike Mandell, Cliff Byer, Jeanne Byer, Andy Byer, Brandy Silva, Vinner Brooks, Philip Schwartz, Heather Brown.  Thanks to everyone else who stepped in to help at the merchandise table or to crunch numbers, and thanks to all our JBT regulars who I'm sure answered plenty of questions during the event.

We welcome your comments about the event- you may contact me directly at jbtsouthwest@aol.com.  Most of the format of this event was created from the bowlers' input, and we'll adjust according to your input this year as well (Yes, we know we need a better re-entry system!).

Overall, we had a fantastic time, and hope you did as well.  We hope to see all of you, and plenty more folks as well, at the 2005 Storm Las Vegas Main Event at Texas Station!

If you would like a pack of entries mailed to you, so you can help us spread the word at your local leagues / tournaments for the 2005 Main Event, we'd love to send one to you!  Please email us at jbtsouthwest@aol.com, and we'll get a pack out to you when 2005 Main Event entries are available!
